Q1:How much is the shipping cost?

A1: We charge £4.55 for all orders.

Q2: How can I pay online?

A2: You can finish online payment with credit card or debit card.

Q3: When can I expect my items after I place an order on your website?

A3: The delivery time for standard orders is currently 5-7working days. And we aim to deliver worldwide within 10 working days after an order is placed. Normally the couriers deliver the goods from Monday to Saturday between 5pm and 6pm , please note that Sunday is not our working day. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 10 working days, please contact us by email or live chat immediately and we will response you as quickly as possible.

Q4: If I have not received my order after fifteen working days I place the order, what should I do? ("What if the product does not arrive?")

A4: We guarantee your products will arrive safely in your destination country. In the unlikely event your package is lost, we will re-send the goods or give you a full refund after we make it clear. In this case, please email us with the following information, your shipping packing list, your order number. We will response you and solve your problems as soon as possible.

Q5: What if the items arrived in a damaged condition?

A5: In order to reduce your loss, we strongly suggest you to check the items carefully when you sign it. If you find the goods seriously damaged or some accessories missing, you can refuse to accept them or contact us immediately for solutions. In this case, you need to provide us with the items pictures and relative information to let us certify that they are damaged during transition.

Q6:  If the delivery fails because:

A6: A.You were not at home or the courier could not contact you
       B.The delivery details were wrong
       C.The recipient fails to accept the goods
       D.The courier cannot satisfactorily verify the identity of the person attempting to receive the goods
       E.The courier cannot deliver to a remote area or invalid address
       F.Delivery fails due to war, disaster, etc
       G.Other similar scenarios beyond our control
       ... [in such cases] you agree that we will not accept liability and no compensation is available.

Q7: A shipment is delayed, turned back, or seized by Customs

A7: If the Customs issue was your responsibility, you are liable. If the failed delivery was due to mis-handling by us, you will receive compensation when the case is resolved. Such cases are unusual but it is important you are aware of your responsibilities in such a case. Please refer to the more detailed notes on this issue here.

Q8:  What are your delivery methods at present?

A8: At present we provide DHL and EMS which currently is the most convenient and fastest way.

Q9: Delivery information


A9: After you order on our website, we will dispatch your parcel within 2 working days. Normally you will get our parcel in 5-7days. However we need you to provide us a detailed shipping address. If your billing address and shipping address is not the same. You will get an email from us for the confirmation. We wish you can respond us about it ASAP if it happened. Be reminded that the address you provide must be the right and detailed one, otherwise, we are not responsible for the failed shipping. All our parcels need a signature after you get your parcel. The P.O. Box address is not allowed. Please remember to sign your name after you get your parcel.

If something unexpected happened on the way, such as force majeure, the failure of shipping agent, we will contact you about the thing by the email ASAP. So please left us a right and frequently used email address. And be assured you have added our email address to your email list.

Normally, we will send you a tracking no and tracking link in 2 working days since we get your order. And then you can track your parcel on the website as instructed.

We can ship to most places where parcel force can reach. If your country or regions is not included on our website, please contact us for more details. We are trying to expand our market. If possible, we will try to explore every new market.
